Dilly is the trading name of Catapult Financial Technologies (UK) Limited (“we”, “us”). We provide an AI money guide and financial-wellbeing companion for UK adults. Dilly gives guidance and education only - not regulated financial advice, product recommendations, or money management.

Where your data is processed

We process personal data in the United States (and may use US-based processors for hosting, email, analytics, and AI model providers), even when you are in the United Kingdom. By using Dilly or submitting an email or assessment, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data-protection rules than the UK.

What we collect

Chat: messages you send in the coach, and technical data needed to run the session (including anonymous visitor tokens).

Assessments (e.g. Confident Saver / Discovery): answers, scores, and a short next-step summary when you complete a check-in.

Email (optional): if you leave an email for a follow-up nudge, we store that address with the assessment snapshot you chose to save (scores and next-step text, form key, and time). This does not resume a chat.

Analytics: on sites where a consent banner appears, we only use analytics cookies after you accept. You can reject analytics.

Why we use it

To run the coach and assessment experiences you ask for.

To send an honest follow-up nudge if you gave us your email (we do not resume chat threads from this capture).

How long we keep it

We keep assessment and email records only as long as needed for follow-up and product operation, then delete or anonymise them. Chat and technical logs are retained for a limited operational period.

Your choices

You can use assessments without leaving an email.

You can reject analytics cookies where the banner is shown.
